30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at https://zenasha.com/pages/contact with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable on final-sale items such as hygiene products once opened.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, your order may already be preparing for shipment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
