Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
•    Standard shipping: 7-15 business days, free over $150 or calculated at checkout
•    Expedited shipping (where available): 3-7 business days, calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the order date, and don't include our 1-3 day processing window. Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may arrive in a separate package, or take a few extra days during high-demand periods such as holidays and sales events.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at https://zenasha.com/pages/contact with your order number and we'll investigate right away.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
